FYP II Hard Cover Binding |

Students are required to submit:
1.Thesis (3 hardcopies)
- Hard cover binding (2 copies for FKJ, 1 copy for supervisor) (you may get the binding done via FKJ UHEA -- submit the printed 3 copies to the FKJ UHEA office)
- Student and supervisor MUST sign the Declaration page
- MUST be submitted NO LATER than two (2) weeks after your viva to FKJ UHEA office
2.CD/DVD (1 copy)
- Submit this directly to your supervisor
- Label the CD/DVD with: 1) Student’s name; 2) Student’s matrix no.; 3)Title of project; 4)
Year of submission
3.Abstract (softcopy - .doc) + PDF Copy of Final Report
- MUST be emailed to the FYP Coordinator (reneekychin@ums.edu.my/reneekychin@yahoo.com) BEFORE the
hardcopy thesis is submitted
Failure to do so will result in the non-submission of your FYP II marks. |
