Proposed change of VIVA date - please read and give feedback ASAP |

Dear FYP HK08 student,
As I had announce in my previous message, the date of our FYP I viva should be on the 21st January 2013 (Monday). However some of our students had bought flight ticket to their hometown for 21st January 2013.
I therefore had proposed to all lecturer to carry out the Viva on 14th January 2012 (Monday) and 15th January 2013 (Tuesday), assuming that all of you do not have any exam during these 2 days. However please let me know ASAP by if you do have exam during this date so I could arrange something else. Please come see me at Level 1, Blk A, Room 86.
Please be aware that this 'change of date' option is still under consideration by all lecturers, and I shall get all their responds by THURSDAY this week.
